Francine is an amazing yoga teacher, she is extremely knowledgeable and always give and descriptive instructions. Francine will always offer adaptations to accommodate any injury’s.

The classes are always changing so you don’t get bored and are both challenging and relaxing and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Sculpt & Release Yoga teaches you to use your body weight as resistance to tone your muscles. Even people who want to lose weight or have ongoing mobility issues can participate in this class. Over time, you’ll improve your flexibility and build strength, allowing you to do more advanced Yoga poses.
It’s important to practice Yoga with a qualified instructor who can guide you through stretching exercises and poses when it’s necessary. Our skilled teachers work with Yoga students at every level from beginner to expert to help them strengthen and tone their bodies.
